• Must have completed Council PA Training prior to Rocky Mountain Day Camp
• Work with Unit Leaders prior to camp and daily during camp
• Must attend entire week of camp including Friday Camp Cleanup
• Must attend:

Alternate RMDC PA Training Session: TBD
Camp Setup: Sunday, May 31st, 1:00 - 5:00 pm
Camp Cleanup: Friday, June 5th, 3:30 pm until we're done!

What to Bring
Items to bring daily:
All articles should be marked with Program Aide’s name
Lunch
Water bottle (for PA to carry at all times)
Swimsuit (one-piece, tankini, or two-piece covered with t-shirt)
Change of undergarments
Towel
Comb or brush
Plastic bag for wet items
Water shoes (used only for canoe and pool times)
Bug repellent (no aerosol cans - apply once daily prior to coming to camp)
Sunscreen (apply once daily prior to coming to camp)
Rain poncho (no umbrella)
Hat or bandana
Backpack to carry all items

Additional Information
Registration fees cover cost of a patch and a T-shirt.
Program Aides may stay overnight on Thursday and are provided a cook-out lunch on Friday.

Each Program Aide is responsible for her own transportation.
Car pools are encouraged. Prompt arrivals
are expected; Program Aides need to arrive before
8:30 to assist with morning camper drop-off. Please
pick up Program Aides after they have finished assisting
with camper car pool and kapers, roughly 4:15 pm
daily.
Rocky Mountain Day Camp strictly adheres to the
usual high safety standards of all Girl Scout camps. A
qualified health care manager will be in camp at all
times and there will be a doctor on call. All activity
instructors are appropriately certified. A certified
lifeguard supervises all swimming activities. A
certified archery instructor supervises all archery
activities.
